Dr. Campagna exhibits all of the skill of a knowledgeable physician along with quality patients skills. He tells you what he is going to do, why he is doing it and how long it will take. He leaves you with the sense that he is listening to you, that you are his only patient which is a difficult skill in a busy ER.
