I have been diagnosed with a cancer and the surgery went wrong. I had a lot of complications and stayed at Cabrini hospital for a few months without any hope for recovery. Then someone recommended me professor Lawrentschuk and he agreed to do a robotic surgery . The surgery at Epworth Freemasons hospital took 8 hours and Nathan literately returned me from misery to a normal human life. He is not just an amazing surgent, but also a real gentlemen and delivered what he promised.

Clearly the Professor is very busy - a good thing- and yes you may have to wait some but when he is with you he gives you his full attention. He is as one would anticipate extremely knowledgeable but caring and considerate- I would recommend him to anyone. Please get a second opinion from him if you are unsure of the management of your urologic condition.

Professor Lawrentschuk used focal therapy to cure my prostate cancer using the “Nanoknife”. I have had few side effects and my prostate blood count (PSA) has fallen dramatically- better still very few side effects. Before you decide on treatment you should see him for a second opinion and other options. He was attentive and was able to explain what options I had and why. Thanks!

I have seen multiple urologists in the past few years year and Professor Nathan is by far the best. He understood my problem straight away and was able to offer options- a real strength. Nathan is an excellent communicator, takes time to listen and is certainly not dismissive like some other urologists I have seen.

A very humble true professional who knows his business, means what he says and says what he does. Highest levels of integrity, thorough and extremely well regarded. Better still, he does not push surgery but considers all the options. He does research, publishes extensively, started a bladder cancer charity and finds time to run two busy urology departments. I am so pleased I considered a verbal recommendation to Professor Nathan for my Urology issues and I would highly recommend his services.

I'm sure he's an expert in his field but he was very condescending and flippant. The first appointment he was one hour late and did not apologise or even mention this. The second appointment he was also one hour late again, although the receptionist did apologise on his behalf. His manner was very arrogant and he was blunt with his diagnosis and did not want to answer many questions or spend time explaining the reasons why.

If you want a doctor who truly spends time with you and gives you the sense they are looking out for your wellbeing on top of giving the right diagnosis and treatment, this doctor will only do half.
