Mr Roy Nicholson is a n amazing Surgeon. I am very grateful to be under the care of Roy. Both his medical knowledge and patient rapport is of a very high standard

His knowledge is excellent however he did not organise a follow up consultation after I left hospital. I could not pay by card after my initial consultation because his system which appeared to be very basic did not work. Once I received his account some months after the procedure I was astounded to see the amount - more than three times the Medicare rebate. Be aware he charges like a wounded bull.

Found this Dr after floundering around for years. Expertise, compassion, were exemplerary. Went over and beyond to assist and had me tested hopitalised and operated on within days. Still going strong 6 years on - and cured. Most grateful and strongly recommend to any person.

Presented with ongoing right throat and ear pain for two months . When swallow like a lump on right side of throat and pain intensified when talking. Dr. Nicholson found nothing after physical and camera examination of ear and throat. Sent for CT scan and said would have results day after scan. Rang four times to get results and finally nine days later doctor rang and left message on MOB to say scan was clear but did not say call back to discuss. I returned call on number doctor had called from and it rang out with no message facility. Doctor did not call back again. Extremely disappointed with unprofessional actions. When issue did not resolve itself after another three weeks I consulted Dr. Google and found my symptoms likely to be issue with Eustachian Tube - blockage or inflammation. Went back to my MD and got prescribed steroid based nasal spray and used this for two weeks and issue cleared. I am amazed that Dr. Nicholson did not notice any inflammation around this area. Would not recommend this doctor.
