Wow. I have a lot to say about this practice…it needs a LOT of improvement. The receptionists just FORGET to follow up on basic stuff like booking appointments, sending paperwork and test results, and they send broken links to video appointments. It’s the only doctor’s office I’ve ever been to where they won’t just look at their availability and book you an appointment. Instead, they message the doctor first to see if it’s ‘worth his time’. And Dr. Leung is a pro at medical gaslighting and throwing unnecessary prescriptions at the wrong things. He makes you feel like your health issues are insignificant. Sometimes the prescriptions he legit just googles and writes for you even make the problem worse, inevitably forcing you to go to the after hours clinic to sort things out. If you need help managing chronic disease, multiple conditions, or anything more complicated than a sprained ankle…this guy ain’t the one.

Lousy bedside manner and below par medical knowledge. Would avoid if you can. He was very dismissive of my concerns and talked down to me in every interaction. My condition got worse for months listening to him wave it off as nothing or misdiagnosed as something else. I finally had to have my issue identified and treated by other doctors who were surprised by his “outdated” and “inaccurate” medical opinion. Maybe he’s better at sports medicine than family medicine…? But he was not helpful at all to me.

Dr. Leung goes above and beyond day after day. I am in awe with how responsive he is. He never keeps me waiting and always makes me feel heard. He really makes me feel like I am well taken care of. I am so grateful to have such an amazing doctor by my side!

Dr. Mark Leung is wonderful! He is professional yet compassionate - he doesn't rush and takes the time to listen to your concerns and history. I also appreciate that he thoroughly assessed my pain, rather than simply going by his own assumptions of what the source could be. I was also impressed that he went the extra step to help me look for a store near my home where I could purchase the medical product I needed to help alleviate my pain. Thank you, Dr. Leung!

Saw Dr. Leung for a baker's cyst which had been resolved 4 years earlier with an injection. After waiting over an hour, Dr. Leung said I needed physio to strengthen my glutes. I went to the physiotherapist and he said your glutes are strong and agreed that an injection wold probably reduce my discomfort from the baker's cyst. My next doctor agreed with this.

Terrible sports clinic physician. Saw him for debilitating shoulder pain. Waited for half an hour, and only got to see him for 5 minutes before he walked out without giving me a chance to ask any questions. Doesn't care at all about patient, and not helpful. Sent me to physiotherapy the minute I said I didn't want to do injections.
