Dr Ng has a heart of gold. She is one of the best hepathologist/liver transplant doctor. She genuinely cares for my son's wellbeing and wants to see him getting better. She is always available, listen to our concerns and is always ready to help my son get better. Highly recommend her for any children requiring a liver transplant.

Dr. Ng was very kind and knowledgable when I visited her at SickKids. The wait time wasn't bad at all, she answered all the questions I had, and seemed genuine about my overall wellbeing. :)

Do not visit Dr Ng, she will make you wait for at least 2 hours before she sees you, and when she does she does not even listen to the concerns of patient and child. Also she has a complaint formally filed against her by the Royal College of Physicians for failing to address a concern and the child later died.
