Good experience, very caring and compassionate bedside manner.

Staff at this facility are absolutely dreadful. In fact the whole experience for my parents has been disgusting. Even their GP and Pharmacist have said that the service from the staff is deplorable. My mother wanted to know if a particular medication would interfere with another medication and was told by the receptionist to go to the emergecny department and wait to see a doctor to find out. My parents are 82 and 79 this is deplorable treatment of uncaring, egotistical receptionists. These receptionists are also very rude to the point I have had my mother in tears. I cannot say enough bad things about the staff and the level of service or should I say lack of service. This is not a free service my parents pay for this service. They should at least be entitled to answers from their doctor without have to go to emergency department, their own GP should also be able to have answers when required.
