I had the great pleasure of meeting dr. Pope regarding my sons in need of a vascular vein removal on his lower left leg. He had an open ulcer, even he was a young man, dr. Pope realized the need for the intervention. 5 years later, my son is doing amazing and he has remained in great health. Thank you!!

Communications = EXCELLENT, "STRAIGHT TO THE POINT" Do not expect him to talk to you as my wife talks on the phone 8 - 10 Hours, DAILY I appreciate that very much Dr. Pope was very explicit and caring about my outcome of the carotid surgery.
DO NOT FORGET HE IS ALSO A HUMAN BEING AND DO NOT EXPECT THE MOVIE HERO "CAPTAIN AMERICA". That is in the movie.

KNOWLEDGE - HOW COULD A Ret. Marine Engineer could qualify a doctor "KNOWLEDGE LEVEL" are you kidding me. OBVIOUSLY Dr Pope HAS A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AS I AM STILL ALIVE AND HAPPY.
Prior to the surgery he and his team tried to explain to me the procedures, I told them that it is time wasting as I do not have any knowledge in their field. I ask them to do what supposed to be done and that was ALL. I am very happy.

Found Dr Pope and his Assistant, Alissa, to be well informed, conscientious, professional. Was advised that he pioneered the AAA non-invasive procedure for Mississauga General. He actually "bumped up" my surgery (and am sure this was no small feat for this busy Dr) to accommodate exigencies in my life. Alissa too was wonderful in her manner & efficiencies.

Visited this doctor April 2015. Had pleasant visit with him. Told about procedures to be done with veins on my legs. Told me there would be about a six month to a one year wait. Told to wait for phone call for pre-op tests to be done. Called his office several times asking my placement on his waiting list. It is now May 5, 2017 and still no clear answer
