Waited three years for this appointment. Doctor was very nice but didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. When leaving i tried to book a follow up. Secretary was busy and said she'd call me back. One month went by and no call. I have called every week for the last three weeks and no one returns my calls. This is by far the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. They should be ashamed.

Dr. Andrade is a great doctor! She is very detailed! She is very knowledgable in Neurology! Very short staffed therefore you're waiting to see her forever! Her punctuality is pathetic and needs some work! Overall she is a very nice, and caring person.
