I attended Dr Christopher Sims office on December 12 2020 during Covid-19 the staff here are wonderful made me feel so comfortable they assessed my problem quickly they froze my mouth to give me a filling I had no pain or discomfort I wasn’t and out in no time I would totally recommend this Doctor and I will return in the future for any of my dental needs to hey we’re truly all Christmas Angels I Thank you all

This month I had to have all four wisdom teeth removed. This for most people may not be a big deal but for me it was extremely nerve wracking thinking of the procedure (childhood fear). Thankfully, my husband’s coworker referred us to Dr. Sims. Everything about my visit was so reassuring, positive and calm. I have never been treated better at any dr appt. Given the current pandemic at hand, the staff were very thorough at screening and attentive to every need during scheduling; I was able to get an emergency evaluation appointment the same day I called and the extraction appt only a couple days later. Sam the receptionist, was so sweet and kind.

During the extraction appointment, I was very nervous but fortunately had Dr. Sims and his wonderful assistant Viktoriya to walk me through the entire process. To my surprise, the extraction itself was very speedy and a relaxing experience. This is a big deal for me. I enjoyed my dentist visit! The recovery has been a breeze and stress-free, everything I needed to know was explained with patience. I’m so glad that with Dr. Sims help, I am able to better care for my teeth again.
For anyone who is considering visiting, please do, you will be so pleased that you did.

So Thank you, Dr. Sims and all the staff for such a wonderful experience, and for taking such good care and personal interest in my wellbeing.

I was in the market for a new dentist and came across Century Dental online. I went and scheduled an initial appointment for the end of next month, but unfortunately due to a dental emergency had to go in much earlier than anticipated. I called late on Friday night hoping to get in, and Celina was able to fit me in on the Saturday afternoon. Already a bit nervous about going in as an emergency patient, Celina and Christine greeted me with smiles and confidence, reassured me and made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire duration. I can’t thank these ladies, as well as Dr. Christopher Sims enough for the work and effort they put in to seeing me right away! Dr. Sims is so kind, patient, and thorough with his work. He made me feel at ease with the procedure start to finish, and even sent out a follow up message asking me how I was feeling the next day. Based on this experience I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental services, not to mention it’s beautiful and super clean on the inside! I’m for once in my life looking forward to going back to see the staff and Dr. Sims next month for my appointment! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I was referred to Dr. Sims through my paediatrician for my daughters lip and tongue tie. Everyone at his office was so extremely friendly and welcoming, it was a very comfortable and safe environment. I was extremely nervous for the procedure to be done as my daughter was 7 months old so she would be more aware of what was going on. Before the procedure Dr. Sims explained what he would be doing and was very reassuring answering my questions/concerns. He was very empathetic towards my baby and myself. The procedure took no time at all. I am so thankful for him and everyone at his office for making this experience go so smoothly and would highly recommend him!

I love this place. I don’t really take care of my teeth but the specialists there took care of me. Dr. Sims went Step by step showing me what’s going to happen and what I need to do to prevent future cavities. 5 star service!

I have visited Dr. Sims three times now, and have had nothing short of a great experience at each visit. Everyone from the front desk reception staff, financial advisor, dental assistant to dentist has been kind, welcoming and attentive.

Excellent service. My children had a tongue and lip tie fixed and my husband a tongue tie fixed. We were happy with the care we received. Dr. Sims went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during the procedure and after. We would highly recommend this practice
