The best awesome Doctor ever!! I feel grateful and appreciate that she is my GP for me and my son. She listens (she really listens), very empathetic/attentive and you are in good hands when it comes to you health as she is very thorough and knowledgeable. Her positive and friendly demeanour makes each visit pleasant and you leave her office satisfied and in good spirits knowing that you are well taken cared of by her. Her staff is also very efficient and friendly. No long waiting time as she is punctual and they don’t double book like other medical offices. I even recommended my mother-in-law to her and she loves Dr Choi.

Dr. Choi cares, and always lay out all the plans for me in order to get the stream of treatments and referrals sorted out. She never brushes anything off, listens and give the best possible options and aftercare. She is efficient, professional, upbeat and her explanation is always so thorough and detailed. I am so grateful to have her as my GP!!!

I am so lucky to have Dr. Choi as my GP - she is so on top of stuff, listens and never brush anything off. She always makes sure that any and all possibilities are explored and examined. Efficient, caring, kind and just perfect. I will forever go see her as long as she’s is around!

Dr. Joyce Choi is the kindest doctor I’ve even known. Despite her enormous patient load, she never rushes her patients and treats everyone with dignity and respect.

Front desk staff are nicer than most places. There is one that is A++! friendly, kind and efficient! Be prepared to wait 5-10 mins to get through on the phone though, but understandable as it is a busy office. When you're in the waiting room, you'll notice the clientele is 90% senior citizens, but my young kids come here, and I have no complaints. Dr. Choi and Dr. Chapman are great: very professional, personal, compassionate. Most importantly, they are positive and happy.
