Dr. Assaf has been the light of my life when it comes to health care.
He is kind, intelligent and will ALWAYS spend time with you to discuss your concerns and situations.
He is so personable. He always asks about my granddaughters and shares photos of his twins, who are the same age as my granddaughters.
It is always a delight to visit the doctor when Dr. Assaf is the doctor!

Dr. Assaf is the best doctor he is very kind person, he always happy and smiling to his patients also he is a good listener he has been my doctor long time while he was at ucsd upto now,he is hard worker and very smart he is young but he has an ability and knoledge thank you doctor assaf what you did to me and your help

I have been going to Dr. Assaf for a few years now. He diagnosed my gallbladder disease right away, and always willing to hear out all my questions patiently. He is very busy.... what Dr. isn't but I didn't feel rushed. Also, I had a dizzy spell a few months ago and called his office to speak to him. He tried all day (about 4 times) to reach me and was geniunely concerned. He then spent over half hour on the phone with me. I would highly recommend him.

Love Dr. Assaf. He is kind, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, answers your questions. His staff is always so nice and helpful. I NEVER feel like I'm bothering any of them with any questions or concerns I have. I would recommend Dr. Assaf to anyone. Insurance: Blue Cross

I started seeing Dr. Assaf after my wife had him as her primary. I saw how caring and well he listen and treated my wife. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over any questions/concerns we had. I've had no problem scheduling appointments in a short amount of time. His staff is also very helpful and friendly . . .We have highly recommend Dr. Assaf to our close friends. Knowing how he treats patients, I'm surprised to see any low ratings.

Dr Assaf is one of the finest physicians I have come across in my life. I have read many of the negative comments and think that perhaps the anger or dissatisfaction should be directed elsewhere...with the insurance provider perhaps. Dr. Assaf is compassionate, attentive, empathic and has provided me with care far exceeding my expectations. And no, I am not one of the staff in the Sharp office, I am his VERY grateful patient.

Dr Assaf is very knowlegable, attentive, and accomodating. I will use his services as long as I am in the San Diego, area. The support staff is also very attentive.

He seemed in a hurry when he saw me which was rather annoying. He didn't seem particularly informed or concerned about my condition. I am rather perplexed with the previous ratings about this doctor. I wouldn't be surprised if these comments were written by his staff or the doctor himself.
