Dr. Lam is always friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He takes his time to do a thorough job which is why he has been my dentist for over 15 years!

Dr lam is very easy to chat with and seems to be very knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Lam for years. He was patient, professional and caring. He listened and answered my questions. He called me at home to ensure I was fine after pulling a tooth ( I was so touch ). Tracy was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Lam and his team.

Dr Lam's office is a great dental clinic. They have taken all the steps needed to keep patients and staff safe during this time. The staff are friendly, knowledgably and kid-friendly. My 3 kids all look forward to their appointments! Dr. Lam is accurate and offers good advice in prevention and maintenance. He does not oversell procedures and offers an honest and realistic approach. You can tell the staff enjoy working at this office as they are all kind, skilled and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam.

I've had a few procedures done by Dr. Jeffrey Lam now and it looks like I've found my dentist. I can tell that he genuinely wants to help people and has my best interests in mind. He and his staff have a very friendly and calming chairside manner, and he fixed/did my root canal very smoothly, whereas the previous dentist i had could not. There was barely any sorness afterwards, which i was pleasantly surprised at. Tracy is also very friendly at the front desk and worked quite hard to accomodate my schedule. Overall, I feel I am in good hands when I come to Dr. Lam.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lam for years and he has always gone above and beyond to help me maintain my oral health. He recently helped my mom save a tooth when her dentist pressured her replace it with an implant. Dr. Lam offered us a much better, less painful and less costly solution. Currently both my mom and her salvaged tooth are doing very well. Now my entire family trusts him for our dental needs, and I will continue to recommend him to anyone in my network.

I've had multiple dentists and I can say that Dr Jeffery Lam is my favourite! He is a very honest guy and really knows what he's doing. I had a horrible tooth infection for years and he was able to get rid of it shortly after going to him! Highly recommend!!! Bringing my entire family here!

Dr. Jeffrey Lam is an excellent dentist. The first time he saw my twin sons, he noticed they hadn't brushed well, and he actively engaged them in learning how to care for their teeth. He didn't scold or talk down to them, he got them interested, and inspired them to start brushing better. He's now been providing the best of dental care to my whole family for several years. He is always friendly and puts us at our ease, asking about the boys' progress and interests. Whenever we have concerns or questions, he listens and answers with understanding, wisdom and respect. The staff at the New West Dental Group are also excellent, always smiling and welcoming, 100 percent professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Lam and his team.
