Glad he wouldn’t take me on as a permanent patient. So late, so rude, I definitely dodged a bullet. If you can’t listen during a phone consultation how could you possibly provide any care. Just awful.

I've been going to Dr.Hou for 17 years and every time I have interacted with him has been terrible. He will push all the paper work on to you and does everything to the bare minimum, if he even shows up in time. He is incredibly late all the time and wait times are up to 3 hours. He is also extremely rude and dismissed and rushed through meetings.

TL; DR: He makes you wait 5 hours then gives you five minutes. And nothing is done.

My respect for “a good doctor” runs out after waiting 2-3 hours (every time for the last ten years) and only getting 5 minutes of his valuable time to assess my condition. This is disrespectful to his patients who put faith in him. This is not a good role model to the students he teaches. This is utterly ridiculous partnership to his colleagues who works in his clinic. If he is too busy to see everyone, his office shouldn’t accept so many bookings each day that he can’t even spend some decent time with most of them!

Dr. Hou was 3 hours late for my appointment. That isn't acceptable, as a patient, I understand sometimes there are emergencies but this happens regularly. I only made an appointment to see Dr. Hou bc my own doctor in the same office was on vacation. He was rude and aggressive and did not listen to what I was saying. Instead he argued with me when I was telling him about my symptoms, he questioned why I needed a referral when I only made the appointment bc I required a new referral since it had been a year since I saw the specialist. I feel sorry for his regular patients, I know how unpleasant he is.
