Secretary jenn who is a supervisor rude lady ever. She asked me to relate information to my child's school and didn't give me the exact information to ask the school. Do I looked very dumb asking the school for information that I wasn't even supposed to ask. I tried to speak to the secretary and explain to her that she did not clarify and relate the proper question for me to ask. When I asked her to omit that she was wrong she wouldn't. To Mr that is not proper professionalism and jenn the secretary should be doing her job properly and treating her clients with respect and hearing clients opinions with integrity and respect. Shame on her she is representing a doctors office and shouldn't be giving clients proper instruction in order for children to get the fullest proper care that they can especially for my child who has disabilities

Very kind and thorough Doctor! Approachable, able to answer questions, and punctual. Helpful reception staff as well who provided me with step by step directions of how to find the clinic within the hospital which was much appreciated.

We've been going to Dr. Hansen for 12 years now with my child. He has had asthma since 2 and we've had nothing but excellant attention, dedication and amazing personality with her and her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She trusts your instincts and works with you for the best resolution and treatment. Dealing with her is a pleasure, even through Covid.. the phone appointments were great as well considering it's based mostly on your word. She listens and is very dedicated to your childs well being.

My son has been seeing Dr. Hansen at the asthma clinic. She has been wonderful. She always takes the time to answer ANY questions I have asthma related or his general health. We have never had to wait for her. She is very kind and gentle with my son. She is a wonderful doctor I would recommend her to anyone.

We visited Dr. Hansen for the first time today. Our daughter Eden has been experiencing mild digestive issues since birth. Dr. Hansen was very patient and calm with my screaming daughter (who now doesn't trust any doctors based on previous experiences) and she even gave us some information and instructions to try/continue at home.

Poorly trained and highly ineffective in complicated matters. Good reviews probably had easy straight forward issues or she was in a professional state of mind that day. Go elsewhere. She is only good if she feels like it. What a shame. She probably put in the great reviews herself.
