I've been going to Dr. shen ever since i was born and my parents never experiences problems with him. He always takes us right in when we come. Best doctor out there:)

Dr. Shen is a great doctor. He always takes my calls and often answers his own phone. He always tells us to come in right away when we have concerns or the kids are sick.

Dr Shen is the best. He explains everything fully & has great bedside manners. I have been using him for 21 years since i moved from brooklyn to staten island. He has cared for my three girls & one of my daughters is 23 & refuses to use any other doctor but him. He is a gem.

I've been using Dr. Shen for close to 20 years. My youngest daughter is now 12 years old. He misdiagnosed her and she could have died.

We went to 5 pediatricians before we found Dr's Shen x2!! There is a dr directly around the corner from me & we waited 2 hours to see the doc as she puked all over..ANY time you call Dr Shen,they tell you to come right in. NEVER a problem. I travel almost 25 minutes to get to them & am not bothered by the travel time. Kind, knowledgeable,caring,superb treatment!I'm glad his daughter is his partner now,so we will have great dr's forever! lol Staff is fantastic also! My kids don't cry with their needles either! God bless them,for we are blessed to have them.

I brought my child to this doctor 3 times in 4 days. My son had mono, and went from 96 pounds to 66 pounds & was not able to eat or drink. This genius sent us home, instead of to the hospital as anyone with half a brain would have done. We nearly lost our son. I like where it says that I am "legally responsible for what I write here." We should have sued him for malpractice. After Dr. Shen sent us home for the third time, I took my son to another doctor (same day) who immediately called SIUH and had them ready for our arrival. He spent the next 10 days hospitalized.

I have known dr shen for 31 years and have been going to him since december 1977. He is the greatest doctor on the planet, i have 3 children now all of them go to him, he is an amazing doctor as well as a person so is his daughter janet. He is kind caring and i will still go to him even if i am 34 he is simply the best doctor for children in the world!!!!!!! you never need a appointement for him you can just come in , they dont make doctors like him anymore!!!
