Awful assembly line treatment. Dentist she is not plugged in. Should have shopped around.

Dr. Davidson went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. I am a senior who decided to fulfill a bucket list by getting my teeth straightened. My teeth are now straight and beautiful. During my visits, all the personnel were welcoming and personable. If you have the same wish as I, I highly recommend her and her staff. Thank you! Dr. Sarah Davidson -- thank you !!

Over the last couple of years, I moved back and forth to PE and NS. Something I decided to do during the COVID shutdown. I was right in the middle of my treatments with Dr. Davidson and I wasn't sure how this would all work out. Not only did she recommend a great orthodontist in PE (Dr. Avi Goldberg), the transition of departing and returning back to NS occurred without any issues at all. I am very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Davidson and the wonderful Team at The Brace Space.

I started treatment at the brace space a year ago and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sarah and her team. The front desk ladies are always so wonderful and Dr. Sarah herself is beyond amazing. She is compassionate and kind and knows how to put me at ease with any concerns I have.

Although wait times can be long I personally believe it is because she is so devoted to her patients and takes the time to listen. She doesn't rush you even when you are someone that has a lot of questions like me.

Everyone at the brace space really seems to care and I feel like I have become party of a family. I am so extremely happy I chose her and cannot wait to see my end results!

I absolutely love The Brace Space. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly and the clinical staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Davidson is compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients and their treatment. She makes me feel welcome and explains everything to me! I would highly recommend The Brace Space for anyone looking for an orthodontist. I am nearing the end of my treatment and I am beyond thrilled with the transformation!

Dr. Davidson is unlike any other doctor I’ve ever seen. She took her time with me and truly made me feel heard. I was more concerned with aesthetic as my two front teeth were crossed, but she made me see that function was actually the most important as I was grinding on my back teeth. She explained that eventually this would damage my teeth and give me trouble in the future. The staff were very friendly, and offered lip balm (which was awesome!) when I went for my consult. I am not a fan of the dentist, but this team makes me feel safe and my anxiety is not a factor during my appointments. I had my braces removed recently, and I can truly say it has been life changing. I would like to thank Dr. Davidson and her staff for the wonderful care I have received, and my amazing new smile I am no longer afraid to show!!

My experience has been less then great at brace space. The staff are nice..front desk are AMAZING! Love them. However my treatment was less then what i expected. My Ortho plan was changed.. I was told I could choose the way I wanted it to go when I emailed and said my choice they told me I had to wait until my bottoms went on. Then was told this was what was happening. Did not discuss a new timeline or anything... with me. Basically was there hello goodbye. When I had my bottoms put on I asked for white elastics ... they weren't even put on. Went back was told they would be replacing spring they did not...finally got elastics on. Was told I would have spring 3 months... now its 9 months... went back in asked if I wanted elastics again said yes... got home and no elastics... just feel more like a number in a processing line. Overall I'd say a 4/10 on my experience thus far... I hope my teeth turn out better then the service...

Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Davidson and her team are! They are very knowledgeable; and explain everything putting the patients mind at ease. They are truly so kind. If you want/need a confidence boost walk into the brace space because the lovely team always have positive, uplifting things to say. The staff are always smiling and laughing, making it feel like you are family. They go above and beyond for each patient. From the time I first walked into the office for my consult and all throughout my treatment I have only had WONDERFUL experiences.

It has always been a very clean environment however I am impressed by the added covid protective measures. Thank you for going the extra mile to protect your patients and staff Dr. Davidson.

I would also like to mention that during the first lock down I needed supplies but was too nervous to travel into the office (I am type 1 diabetic) so they had someone from the office deliver the supplies to my house. That alone shows how amazing this team is. They did not have to do that.

My braces will be coming off next week and I cannot wait to see my new smile thanks to the Brace Space!!

Lastly do not forget to take one of the Brace Space’s lip chaps….my goodness they are marvelous!!!
