She is very thorough, honest and caring. I've had a couple of visits with her now and she knows her stuff and does good work. I appreciate her attention to detail and making sure I am happy with everything. Her staff are good too and make everything easy and hassle free.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Dr. Steffen’s dental clinic, and I must say it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. From the moment I stepped into the office until the time I left, I encountered a series of disappointments and frustrations that left me questioning the competence and professionalism of Dr. Steffens and their staff.

First and foremost, The waiting area was unkempt and uninviting, adding to my growing dissatisfaction.

Once I finally got called into the treatment room after a lengthy wait, I hoped for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, it only went downhill from there. Dr. Seema lacked any sense of bedside manner and seemed more interested in rushing through the procedure than ensuring my comfort. She appeared more concerned with her personal conversations than my treatment.

I've been coming here for a while now and I must say that she is excellent. Very caring, takes her time, and very thorough. And it shows. I had a little bit of a complex situation with my mouth and she took the time to go through all of the different fixes we could do, and even told me the things that we could keep an eye on for now. I am so happy to have found her. The girls at the front and her assistants are also great. Always a very positive experience.

I came to this office some time ago and although the staff seems nice I felt like the dentist was constantly trying to sell me on new procedures. I’ve changed dentists now and my new dentist told me that a lot of dentists are greedy and so they will sell unnecessary procedures.

Just wanted to thank Dr Steffans and team for always giving nothing but the best treatment from the second you walk into the door until you exit after your appointment. She is truly the best of the best with her expertise, and would recommend anyone to come see her if they want a Dr that really cares about their patients and doesn't rush what's so ever, until she is completely satisfied with her work a d you are too Iykyk 👌

Long story short, I've been seeing Dr. S for a while now and she is great. The whole story I hadn't gone to the dentist in a long time and my teeth were causing me a lot of pain. One of my friends recommended her. When I called, they were able to get me in the same day or next day (don't remember for sure), but anyways it was quick which I appreciate. She's very caring and supportive and it shows. Also very honest and open and doesn't rush. Her staff are very helpful and great as well.
