When I first went to Dr. Steffens it had been a long time since I'd seen a dentist. I made excuses to avoid it because dental visits made me anxious. I'd had some bad experiences as a kid. A friend said her office had nitrous available, and it helped them to relax. They also said she had a gentle approach, so I thought I'd give it a try. I had a bad tooth, and some sensitivity that was really making it hard to eat. Her approach was thorough and friendly. She solved my problems, and I found the nitrous very relaxing. I will not wait so long next time. I found her to be a gentle, relaxing, and knowledgeable dentist.

Every time I visit Dr. Steffens office I'm greeted by the most kind people. Dr. Steffens is an exceptional dentist, she's kind, patient, takes her time every time I'm in the chair, explains everything to me and makes me feel comfortable at all times. You can tell she truly cares for her patients. I'm grateful to have found a dentist like her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have been seeing her for a few years and it's always been a great experience. They are highly skilled, gentle, and always let me know all of my options when it comes to problems that need fixing and I really appreciate that! The people that work with her are also great and on the ball. Overall highly recommended and will be referring my family soon :)

Read all the negative reviews first before choosing this dentist, they all have the same thing in common and they are not wrong. They like to run through benefits with no warning or explanation, then hand you your bill with unexpected out of pocket charges with no explanation. First red flag for me should have been when they ran through my benefits within 2 months. Then they overcharged me over $200 with a response of "ok it just wasn't covered" when I asked why. Then they overcharged $107 and with this I got no response or explanation, that's enough for me to show they don't care in regards to client relationships. They are very nice and will compliment you and come off vey friendly but you soon realize it's all a facade while they run you dry. As someone who works in insurance and investments I take clients needs and concerns very seriously the lack of of care and response in regards to patient concerns is extremely off putting and unprofessional.

I have been Dr. Steffens patient for many years. She is knowledgeable and caring. She pays attention to detail and is thorough about making my treatment comfortable. Her extended hours are perfect for my schedule. She has my highest recommendation. I also like the convenient free parking.

Dr Steffens and her staff are exceptional! I was lucky enough to find this practice by chance while searching for a second opinion regarding an extraction, and was very impressed by the thoroughness of her evaluation and sensitivity to my concerns. She is now the only person I trust regarding dental care for myself and my family, including my grandchildren. She has an amazing "chair-side" manner, and even puts my 12 yr old grand-daughter at ease!

My experience as well as my family's has been excellent. Everything is made very easy. We are made very comfortable by Dr. S and her staff. They are very caring, gentle, and honest people. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend them

Amazing doctor and team Been going here for years. Truly the best. From the moment we enter her office, until the time we leave we feel well taken care of. Her dental work is amazing, had a few caps and fillings done and never a problem. Her hygienists are very gentle and give an excellent cleaning. Thanks Dr. S and team
