What an amazing experience, very professional and thorough with the examination for both myself and my husband. Found the doctor to be very helpful with her explainations and what steps in the future to take to keep our eyesite in tip top condition. The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable with all the tests and assisting with purchasing the new eye wear. Making certain that we looked great!! We are moving shortly but are definitely keeping her as our eye care specialist!! Never have had such a great experience as this before! Dr. Parthipan is way ahead of her time with the use of up to date equipment and knowledge!

Dr. Parthipan gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. She was the first Optometrist in my life who explained in detail what was going on with my eyesight and was extremely helpful with getting my proper prescription and something that worked for me. I had never had progressives before and she explained that it can take a while for me to adjust. The staff was very helpful when I chose my glasses and has been wonderful when I've needed any adjustments. I have been to both the Guelph and Rockwood offices and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Quite honestly, I would recommend Dr. Parthipan to anyone - and I have. I know our friends and neighbours who have gone have all been very pleased as well. Keep up the good work. I will be going there from now on.

First Impression, young Dr., But didn't expect such knowledge from someone. Will go again & recommend for any one.

Dr. is good, however she contradicted herself a few times. She first told my wife that her cornea had lost many layers and to stay away from using contacts. A few days later when only a few layers had regenerated she said it was ok to waer them because my wife needed them to get back to work. She later prescribed a wrong crystal for her glasses, so the waiting time to have them ready was way too long, 2 weeks! The worst part is a person who works in the Guelph location.She is the person who answers the phones and schedules patients.Very rude and condescending, and sounded sketchy when asked what was the refund policy. I told her that the dr gave my wife the wrong prescription and she said "well, your wife chose NOT to adapt to them....". I asked about the refund policy and she said "we will talk about it when we cross that bridge". She told us that on Monday the glasses would be ready, but on Monday I called and she said "they are not ready yet, we'll call when they are".NEVER AGAIN
