Pregnancy brings out fear, anxiety & so much worry. Dr. Lacasse guided me in my first pregnancy & I was lucky enough to have her on call to do my c-section. My husband and I always talk about how great she made that day for us. I’m a very anxious person & she made that c-section such an amazing experience. The next morning she came by to check on me and my son in the postpartum area. I cry just thinking about it & everything she did for us. She truly is a remarkable Physician.

Dr. Lacasse delivered my daughter in November of 2023. I felt supported and cared for during my delivery. Such a good experience with the nurses and Dr. Lacasse cheering me on while I pushed! She wasn’t my original OB but she was the doctor working that night. Very grateful for Dr. Lacasse.

Doctor Lacasse, in addition to being a professional with a perfect command of his field, is a very human, patient and above all very attentive person. His follow-up made my pregnancy very pleasant. I will recommend this great lady to everyone to fully enjoy their pregnancy which is a very important period in the life of a family. My husband and I thank her very much.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lacasse. She is such a caring, knowledgeable, and friendly professional. She explained everything to me clearly and patiently. I felt I have been cared for. I tried other Gynaecologists.. and she is my best. Her clinic is far from where I live but the outcome from my appointment with her worth it. If you want to talk to someone who listens to you and cares for you.. you will definitely want to book an appointment with Dr. Lacasse.

Would not recommend this doctor. I only had two appointments with her but she came across as quite arrogant and I did not leave my appointments feeling good or actually cared for. I am an easy going patient and what little concerns I did have she pretty well dismissed and wrongfully told me one was not pregnancy related when it in fact is (beauty of getting a second opinion!) Overall there was a few red flags so I came to rate my MD to read others reviews and my feelings were validated. Trusted my gut, switched clinics, and have no regrets.

Dr.Lacasse was our saving grace. After other deliveries with other obgyns in the city we were happy to finally get into see her.

Our initial visit was longer than we expected as she wanted to ensure that all of our questions were answered. Other appointments were shorter in nature and sometimes there was a longer wait than I wanted but we would rather wait for the best opposed to be seen quickly because there are no other patients waiting. It appears she has a busy practice but I always felt listened to and had adequate time to ask questions.

Although Dr Lacasse didn’t deliver our baby in the end, one of her colleges did, and she came to see us the next morning in hospital.

I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Michelle Lacasse is very arrogant and does not have a good bedside manner. She spoke about her politics at my prenatal appointments (which is so inappropriate!) and was very triggered (and frankly a tad unhinged) by all that was going on in our world. I came for a prenatal appointment, not a lecture. Her views were over the top and it made me feel very uneasy, uncomfortable and stressed about my upcoming appointments and being under her care. I stuck with her for longer than I should have hoping things would improve, but sadly she was always rushed, rude and dismissive when it actually came to talking about my pregnancy and any concerns that I had. After another barrage of inappropriate comments (this time a few being quite personal) I decided to just switch to another OBGYN as I no longer felt confident that I or my soon to be born baby was in capable hands. I’m thankful I can share my experience here so that someone else can feel validated in their experience with her, or as a for-warning to future patients.

Initial appointment was amazing she took her time and made me feel like she was really wanted to get to know who I was and my wishes for my pregnancy, other visits were really quick which was fine just had to wait an hour twice which was unfortunate. Dr Lacasse was my delivering OB and she was unbelievable during the delivery she made the room feel very relaxed, there was no rush they let me do what I felt I needed to do. I couldn’t say enough good things about dr Lacasse besides I highly recommend her as a OB !
