Terrible receptionist, she was very rude to anyone that had the nerve to even ask a question. I have done that job for 35 years and would never treat a patient the way she does. I dont know how she remains employed. His bedside manor could use some work. But sometimes the busiest and grumpiest doctors are like that because they are good at what they do and they try to accommodate to many patients. But still a patient isnt that happy to be there and they are stressed. So a little TLC from your Dr. Would be more than welcome.
