Condescending and rude. Doesn't care if she's late or even apologize. Her staff is bothered by patients they're supposed to help especially high risk pregnancy ones. Bad first impression and switched to another OBGYN immediately, wouldn't recommend

Dr. Caroline Le Jour has been my Gynecologist for a number of years and is incredible. She listens well, and we worked through a number of solutions before finding the right one. She is patience and genuinely care for her patients. I am incredibly luck to be within her care.

Dr. Le Jour performed my D&C and was thorough in her diagnosis/plan while making me feel very safe and taken care of. I have never experienced this much care and concern from a doctor and her team at Peter Lougheed (shout of to her RN on her team, she is a delight). All my questions and concerns were answered with no judgement. So grateful that women in Calgary have this amazing doctor taking the extra care and all leaving with a great experience. Thank you for everything!!

Dr. Le Jour is a fantastic surgeon and treated me with respect and dignity in a difficult time. She is dedicated and thorough and got me the help I needed. Often times we have to be redirected to other specialists when our issues become more complex or out of the scope of our initial surgeon. In response to the poster below-It is completely inappropriate to slander someone’s online reputation when you have never seen them. They are most likely looking for the surgeon best suited to care for your needs in the most timely fashion. Shame.

Dr. Le Jour is the first doctor who I truly feel has taken the time to listen to me and what my issues were, and what my goal was. She took the time to come up with a treatment plan, and a backup option for something I’ve been dealing with for many years, which was previously brushed off or I was just prescribed unwanted medication for. Dr. Le Jour has a great bedside manner, she is super friendly and optimistic and presents herself in a way in which she is easy to talk to without fear of judgement or just having what you are saying shut down. She creates a plan with you and has a back and fourth dialogue, not one sided like I’ve experienced with other doctors in the past which. She has helped me and my quality of life so much, as I have had 2 surgeries with her. I’m super grateful that I was referred to her and that she took me on as a patient. I know I am in good hands for any futures needs.

10/10 would recommend. Dr. Le Jour is kind, thorough and collaborative.

I work in healthcare and I was so impressed with Dr. Le Jour. She took the time to explain every scenario and what could be done. She suggested what she felt would be the best plan and why while still providing alternate options.

Thank you! I'm very glad she accepts resident physicians because her approach needs to be more widespread.

I love Dr Le Jour! My family doctor referred me to her for my second high-risk pregnancy. I did not have a good experience with my first and I was quite anxious. My family doctor knew I needed someone thorough and compassionate, Dr Le Jour is all of those things and more. She did a remarkable job supporting me throughout my pregnancy and took all the needed precautions in a way that did not scare me or add to my anxiety. She is competent, caring and an excellent listener! I can’t thank her enough for being there through my pregnancy and birth.

I have seen Dr. Le Jour a couple times now. The first time I met her was in the OR for an emergency IUD removal, it was not in my uterus, so she went fishing for me that day.
The second time was today. When I met with her to tell her I wanted to get my tubes tied, she didn't even hesitate to say, "Ok, when"?, where most doctors I've been told turn people away because of age.
She is personable, friendly, bedside manner is impeccable, completely thorough, and just all around a wonderful human being, let alone doctor.
Both surgeries with here have been nothing short of beyond easy, and perfection.
I HIGHLY recommend her for your gynaecological needs, you won't regret it!
