Highly professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his attention to detail and explained to me all the facts. It really calmed me know. Dr. Chen is my favorite doctor here in Huntsville and I've been to many. I always look forward to my visits. I never felt rushed out. I got my questions answered. The nurses are great too.

Horrible !! Went to him and he spent little time told me I didn't look like I had lupus . My labs was all pointing to lupus . He looked at me that's it send me out the door . I got a second opinion and was diagnosed with lupus . Do not go to this doctor !!

Referral to Dr Chen from PCP. PCP thought I had RA. Dr Chen said I have Fibro but did not explain the disease or treatments. Told me to exercise and come back in 3 weeks for lab results. I was having extreme pain in my hands and he declined to give me anything to help reduce pain. He left the room after a 5-6 minute exam and sent in a nurse with a pamphlet on Fibro and no prescription for any Fibro meds. He was not helpful at all, as I have found out more from the Internet than he told me. I do not know how knowledgeable he is and with his lack of helpfulness, I rated this a 1 also
