Not taking new patients for the last four years was told today (6/6/2016).

I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Michael. She is quite competent and has been helping me with several health issues. She spends extra time with me due to my health problems, listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains treatments and options. I highly recommend Dr. Michael. On the several occasions I have requested her to call me, she always returned my calls the same day even though she is very busy. I've been a patient for many years and couldn't ask for better healthcare.

Dr. Michael is a very caring Dr. always willing to listen and recommend needed test. Her staff is pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Michael seems to be getting burnt out after all these years. She was wonderful 10 years ago, Yet I had concerns over some recent test results and needed more information. The condition I have could effect my familie's well being too...so I really needed her help on the matter. She simply and flat out told me that my question was "not important", and to just take the medicine. Unnacceptable response as far as I'm concerned. It is important to me. So, sadly I will be transferring. Her RN staff were unhelpful and unprofessional regarding the matter too.

Dr. Joyce Michaels is the best family doctor in Colorado Springs! She's been my doctor for 22 years, she is very kind, caring and considerate. Best of all she treats you like a person and not a number! She takes her time, never rushing our appointments. Truly could write a book on the greatness of Dr. Michael!

A wonderful caring Dr. to my family which has multipal challanges. Has been our Dr. for 20 years and I highly recomend her. I also work in the medical field and am knowledgeable of the care I recieve and Dr. Michael provides only the best.
