$$ are more important than patient care! We survive on Social Security benefits. After 20+ years in this practice we're asked to pay $$ to remain patients. Understand loss of two MDs, why not bring in new MDs? Concierge?? Please!! It's only $$$$ they want, NOT caring for their loyal patients.

This is a top rate facility and Dr. Cholmondeley takes time with each visit to ensure a complete medical check-up is performed and answers all of your questions, without being in a hurry! She is the BEST!!

Front Staff initially did not want to provide records of blood lipid lab tests for my own records, not sure why, maybe just laziness? Dr. Cholmondeley was not very knowledgeable about nutrition. To lower my cholesterol, she told me to eat less cholesterol and fat, which turns out not to impact blood levels much at all, as proven in numerous studies. Perhaps she is too busy to keep up with continuing education? She also seemed like she was in a hurry to get me out the door so she could see more patients as well.

Dr. C. is intelligent, appropriately friendly, and explains health matters very clearly. The front office is smug, snide, sour, and unpleasant.

I like that you always see the same Dr. and the same nurse. Each Dr has their own nurse. Dr. Cholmondeley is conscientious and thorough. She doesn't take the wait and see approach. She removed a mole that looked suspicious to her - the procedure took 2 minutes and was completely painless. She called me a few days later that ther esults were back from the lab and it was non-cancerous. She was assertive in getting it looked at. Highly recommend Dr. Cholmondeley.

Nice lady, but is referral happy. I left there after my first visit, with a stack of referrals to specialists for minor problems. As an internal medicine doctor she should have been able to handle these. The best thing is that she runs completely on time, but maybe she's not spending enough time with patients since she wants to refer out for everything.
