Dr Phan is very pleasant and sounds very knowledgeable. Unfortunately she is very overbooked . Out of respect for her time , I was sure to always arrive early for my scheduled appointment times . Check in with staff was quick but on more than one visit , I was left sitting in waiting room for several hours beyond my appointment time . She was very apologetic each time it happened. Unfortunately it made appointments uncomfortable.

I met Dr. Phan after being diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer (DCIS). She and her medical student met me and my husband in the office, went through my recent pathology report from lumpectomy, explained what was found, what it meant, what the possible treatment choices would be, and so on, using very simple English language (not those medical lingo), and made sure I understood everything. Fantastic bedside manner, she made sure I felt comfortable dealing with the fact that I became a cancer patient. Her RN, Larissa, was wonderful!! She spent time to listen to me and found out what I was worrying, and gave me much information to ease my anxiety. I thank Dr. Phan and her team for their compassionate, "patient first" attitude, and all-around genuine care.

Dr. Phan is a brilliant, caring doctor. She was understanding when my 94 year old father was unable to go for radiation treatments and found an alternative solution. She followed up on some symptoms Dad had and he was diagnosed with another cancer.

Dr. Phan was assigned to my wife's oncology case in early 2014. I could not hope to fit my admiration of her as a person, and express just how high a level of professionalism and positivity we received from her during this exceptionally trying time into the 1000 characters one is allowed on this site. Dr. Phan has become a hero of mine, and if this brilliant Radiologist and phenomenal doctor is part of a treatment which you or a loved one must receive, then you have been blessed. The words "Thank you" can not adequately express how I feel, Dr. Phan.
