He is a TRASH!!!! Never visit again and should be delisted him from medical practice. Do not bring your kids to see him as he is v aggressive to patients, late without apologies, impolite and unprofessional.

Garbage. Always late, 1-2 hours. No regard of his patients’ time. See you for 1 mins and let you go. Please avoid him like Covid. Don’t waste your time with this joker

He is the most terrible doctor in the entire lower Mainland and because of his negligence, he is a MURDERER! My family member passed away because of him. I wrote letters to the BC College of Physicians to file a complaint, but he only got a slap on the wrist. All he cares about is earning more money from the cosmetic procedures he charges on women who want botox shots. This person has no right to claim to be a medical doctor when all he cares about is money, stocks, investments, and more money. He is a leech. Worst of all, he is a murderer. Stay away from him, stay away from his office unless you want your life to end prematurely.

He is a terrible doctor. He really disrespects his patients by not respecting their time. Several times, he was not even in the office for my parent's appointment and then he waltzes into the office 1.5-2 hours later! Meanwhile, the waiting room fills as more people come for their 'appointments.' My parent feels asking him for anything always seems like such an imposition; he's so 'busy.' A simple re-referral to a previously-seen specialist took more than 4 weeks to process despite several in-person requests (more long wait-time appointments), hastened only by a couple of reminder phone calls on my end to the receptionist. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but I've been in other medical offices that send off referrals the same day or within the week. Really hate to stereotype but Dr. Tam is typical of a breed of docs who exploit a captive client base. Who puts up with this type of BS? These are people from the doc's own ethnic community who: usually have English-language barriers (so they'll stick with someone who speaks the same language), are ethnicly loyal, put professionals on pedestals, live in the neighbourhood (Chinatown), and/or are ignorant about better options. Sad that this still goes on, as some of my grandparents' docs were like this too....

Not putting up with this crap anymore. We will be finding another GP for my parent.

Dr. Felix Tam is an amazing Doctor! He's always so helpful, and i can tell he actually cares about his patients. His Chinatown staff is patient and compassionate , I will go back to see him again!

Can I call you Mr. I Don't Know? Just because you are doctor doesn't mean you are not patient at all. Ka-Kit Tam (on main street behind Sam's pharmacist) has never been on time, when you need to wait for approx. 1 hour to see him for 5 mins then tell you I don't know. He never care about the patients but his title. The last time I talked to him asking something, then he told me to see another specialist, then I asked whether I need to get refer from family doctor, he was so not happy that I deemed him as a family doctor instead of a General practitioner. I will never go back for any reason!
