Doctor Bailey, her team and her office staff are phenomenal. This is the second surgery my son had done with her and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so kind and compassionate to my very anxious 9 year old. They made every step of the way comfortable for him and us. Fidelma, Dr. Bailey’s secretary was extremely kind and helpful as well. I’ve never had a better experience with office staff in health care. All around, we were so pleased and very well cared for.

She saved our just six year old son when his appendix was ruptured. She was a phenomenal surgeon, and also a parent that made every effort to connect and speak to me as a mother. I will forever be grateful for her help, especially in a healthcare system that is falling apart in Ontario. Thank you Dr. Bailey!

Dr Bailey saved my life. I am now about to have a baby of my own and all I can think is that this wouldn't be possible for me if Dr Bailey never came into my life. I dealt with years of chronic pain due to intestinal motility issues and my quality of life was nothing - I would not have continued on like that much longer. Dr Bailey was the only surgeon who believed me and was willing to intervene. Since that day, I've never felt the pain again and she allowed me to have a quality life that I never imagined for myself. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Bailey. You are a hero.

She is a pretty smart person. But, the practice is mostly a scam. $300 dollars for a standard facial you can get on Groupon for like 30 bucks.. Nah..

3 years ago today you saved my boy. Today he is a thriving teenager. Every year on this day, we have her in our thoughts and wish her and her staff all the best. You saved two lives that day. Thank you Dr. Bailey and staff.

I’m not sure why people have so many negative comments about Dr Bailey. She had been tremendous with two different procedures for our new born son. She’s not only knowledgeable but explains everything calmly. I think people are very judgmental of little things, end of the day, you should be looking for the best surgeon for your child not a friend for yourself. She is the best in what she does, if you didn’t like the way she talks, get over it.

Dr. Bailey is cold and does not care about you. Like another rater mentioned, she talks at you and not to you. She does not listen to you or take your concerns seriously. She has a huge ego and lacks any basic empathy. Find another doctor.

She was so easy to talk to . My daughter had NEC and had surgery 8 days old I was so scared but Bailey did a awesome job removing 21 cms of her small intestine and she only weighted 1 pound ! I highly recommend her

We were very nervous to get referred to McMaster with our little girl only 2 weeks old for a thyroglossal cyst. The referring pediatrician told us what she was being referred for and for us to google it!! No further information. Left us very nervous parents until we met with Dr Bailey. She took the time to explain everything in great detail, answer all questions and concerns and never made us feel rushed whatsoever.
Highly recommend DrBailey and her team.

Our 1 1/2 yr old grandson had surgery on May 14th. Dr Bailey was an angel from heaven!
