Caring, focused, helpful and knowledgeable. Researches and discusses things while in the appointment so you have a good understanding before you leave (or at least know how to further research things yourself in your own time). Highly recommend.

Dr Henderson has a nice bedside manor. He listens to you as a person and not a patient. He did a very comprehensive investigation and explained everything well. He appears to be one of few specialists who are not arrogant and he displayed a caring personality. He spend an hour answering all my questions and reading my reports and looking at many MRI slides. He also made helpful suggestion for other conditions I have. I would highly recommend him. You also get Medicare rebate so only out of pocket $38 I have paid up to $300 to see other specialists in his field with little rebate and terribly arrogant personalities who said they could not help me.

Very pleasant guy to talk to. However did not bother to check my (patients) history to see whether the right medication is what is needed for my condition. I wasn't aware at the time that he wrote me out a script for the same medication that I had a severe allergy to and ended up on strong pain medication for. He generally didn't have answers or wasn't willing to research to find them. It took a GP to come up with a simplistic answer. The right medication for the condition!!!! Mmmm sometimes the answer is right under our noses.
