Dr Frati is clearly an experienced consultant. However, on two occasions for consultations I have had to wait nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. One other patient in the waiting room joked and said her friend recommended Dr Frati but said there would be a minimum 1.5 hour wait. Granted, he is an experienced plastic surgeon with the evidence to back it, however his disrespect for his patient's time is appalling considering I spent £200 for the second consultation. He didn't even acknowledge this delay and I received no apology directly from Dr Frati (only his Chaperone said sorry for the delay). A week has now passed and I have not received a follow-up email/call to discuss next steps. He mentioned in an interview I found on YouTube that the aftercare is really important, yet he has no beforecare for potential patients!

I wanted to touch base with Dr Frati and say THANK YOU for taking me on as a patient. I cannot express my gratitude enough. You have given me the results of my dreams and a brand new confidence.

I am four weeks post-op tomorrow and my breast augmentation results already exceeded my expectations. My incision glue also came off yesterday and the incisions are hardly visible!

To be transparent, when I first met you for a consultation, I made the appointment at the request of my partner. I originally believed I had my mind set and wanted to go with the first surgeon I visited however, he insisted that I schedule a consultation with you after a recommendation from a friend.

During my previous consultations with other providers, I was told of all the “problems” I may run into with my results because of the shape of my chest. The difference in your consultation is that you made me feel normal and offered SOLUTIONS while still being realistic. You listened, took your time, and answered all of my concerns.

I am so happy I went with my gut feeling. I know for a fact that trusting you with my surgery and size selection were the best decisions I made.

I would also like to thank Nurse Saffron for her work, authenticity, and compassion. You were both the reason for my decision to go with your clinic.

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for frati and his staff. We had a few unexpected hurdles to jump, but with his positive outlook and wonderful beside-manner we were successful! After 22 years ago from my mastectomy/reconstructive surgery, I’m so glad I found dr frati to be my surgeon. He is the BEST! I admire his knowledge, professionalism, expertise, kindness and advocacy for breast cancer patients. I know I was in good hands throughout the entire journey. He is an exceptionally talented and caring doctor - I had surgery a month ago and I can tell you right now my result is great !
My nose was broken and I could not breathe . He fixed my septum and got rid of the hump and made my nose smaller.
My cousin also had an operation with him and her boobs are great. He is very well know to be boob god and he is such a talented surgeon , I would say an artist !
His assistants are so lovely and caring and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience !

Please avoid this surgeon at all costs he is the most unprofessional man I have ever come across!! Rude dismissive he has botched my surgery and just totally down plays it, always ignores emails and calls and has no patient care whatsoever you will end up with serious mental health issues using this man

I hade many operations with Frati and I’m so happy with my boobs and nose. It was a difficult case as I had previous bad surgery.
He was so calm and explained all to me beforehand. The only issue was that his office is always busy and there is always a long queue to get an early appointment- he is so much booked up in advance !

The staff at Frati Clinic in Manchester are the best. And Dr. Frati is one of the most talented cosmetic surgeon out there.
I have had both a breast augmentation and most recently a tummy tuck and 360 vaser lipo done by him.
He makes sure to take his time to explain and answer any and all questions you may have. And if your ever in need of help it's easy to call and get answers to your questions fast. I visited Dr. Frati recently for a tummy tuck and 360 lipo, the procedure itself went great. Stayed nearby at airport hotel the night before and checked in at Pines hospital the next morning .
The first few days were probably the most uncomfortable due to the tightness from having my muscles sewed back together from where they had separated from pregnancy. And some swelling. Sleeping was also a tad uncomfortable just because I was not able to lay in my normal position (but definitely managed) by day 3 I was done with the heavy pain medication and decided to just stick with codeine here and there. Walking wasn't bad just irritating since I could not stand upright (to be expected)
I went back for for my week follow up with Katherine and everything is healing perfectly. Currently I am 4 months postop and will be going back in a few weeks for my 6 months follow up.
I am now doing normal gym. I am also walking like normal, moving around like normal, sleeping better as I now can turn to my side if needed. I had to wear my compression garment for six weeks
My scarring looks amazing and I have no doubt that in 6 months to a year that my finale results will be nothing less than amazing.
I would 1000% recommend Dr Frati and his team. You will not find better doctors or staff!
