Takes a long time to see him ! Waiting , and waiting for over 2 hours to see him always ! I have been with him since the doc office opened 8 years ago ! Overall a very good doctor !

You can’t make an appt ever you have to walk in and wait , then wait some more in the room to spend only 10 mins with you !!! Never under two hours they only take 6 walk ins in 1 day ! but I’ve been seeing dr Hamid Shabbir , since they opened the clinic almost 8 years now , still have to wait outside before they open ! Very frustrating for my wife and myself ! The receptionist are not friendly at all , never greet you ! I think the place is pregudice of Caucasian’s males or females !!! We are elderly I’m 89 and my wife is 83 years old ! I wish you could call for an appt ! And when I try when I’m there they don’t understand me , very frustrating !

I’ve only gone to Dr.Shabbir a few times at his clinic in Surrey. He is by far the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He actually listens to your problems and does not rush you like other family doctors tend to do. As others have stated, he is very compassionate. Sometimes the wait is long, but honestly it’s so worth it for the type of care you will receive. The main receptionist is also nice and welcoming and keeps the clinic very organized during busy times
