This women is dismissive, callous, and extremely unprofessional.
She mocked, belittled me, and spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner.
It is extremely difficult to find the strength and courage to reach out and ask for help. It breaks my heart knowing that other women needing support end up seeing this damaging person instead.
You are enough and you deserve validation, empathy and processing time with a decent individual. This is not the person to help you.
If you do choose to still try out this person, be careful.

Great mental health support for women who are struggling through ANY stage of pregnancy and post partum. I had an anxiety driven pregnancy after a high risk injury at work as a nurse and her support and guidance throughout my journey has been nothing short of helpful and amazing.
