Very disappointed in rudeness of staff here and obvious focus on money-grabbing. Did not feel cared for as a person.

I have been seeing Dr Freeman for 30 years and clearly have the highest regard for his expertise in treating my difficult skin. As well as his huge knowledge and experience he is personable and a most interesting well rounded personality. Highly recommended.

Dr Freeman is the most rude person in the medical field I’ve ever come across. Expensive appointment consultation, just to be met with high ego. Without giving my skin a proper look over he dismissed me with creams- one that I’m allergic to.

Dr Freeman, people with skin issues need kindness and genuine help.

If you need someone I highly recommend Dr Samantha Davidson in Mermaid, she is lovely and thorough. Ask for her cancellation list.

Excellent service from the actual dermatologist.
I know that there was only one receptionist when I was there. And they were doing their best and very capable, I can only just comment on their communication and attention to detail . They had not read the client consult details correctly , causing more work for me in the long run which I didn’t have time for calling around etc. and I wasn’t aware that they would charge me for my next appt consult deposit then and there and just assumed I knew Ans charged me without saying anything.
Not the best first consult from the reception area. Other than that really spot.

I found Dr Freeman to be very helpful for my perimenopausal cystic acne and cherry angiomas. His staff are really lovely too. Highly recommend.

Dr Freeman has been extremely helpful for myself personally and also my daughter. I have seen him with a few conditions I had been told time and time again there was no treatment for and Dr Freeman was able to provide advice and treatments to help which have had a huge impact on my life. Very grateful for him time and knowledge!

I have been seeing Dr Freeman since I was 12 years of age and now I’m 40. He is very caring and compassionate and my skin is soooo amazing. The girls are always so loverly and friendly.

Reception staff at the clinic are very welcoming and lovely. Dr Freeman is very knowledge, compassionate, helpful and takes the time to hear all your concerns. Would definitely recommend Dr Freeman and The Skin Centre!!

DO NOT COME HERE, RUINED MY SKIN FOREVER PLUS THEY DO NOT LEGALLY RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY.
I came here for a laser treatment to help with scaring, First treatment turned out well so I came back for a second which completely ruined my face and I am now scarred for life (BIG, DEEP, CARVED SCARS DUE TO LASER TREATMENT)

I asked them to send me pictures of before and afters since I was unhappy and needed them as evidence they complied but first wanted my signature on a paper explaining I give my permission for these to be sent to an email of my choosing, They had then lost my permission and sent it ILLEGALLY to a different email I had on file and not the one I had written down on my consent form which shows an utter lack of care.

Dr. Freeman had agreed with me that they did not do a proper job and that they should have done something else, I have received a refund in the amount of 400 + tax for my second procedure.

I also had him get rid of a milia around my mouth which he had done for free (Im supposing since everything else was messed up)
His diagnosis of the milia was one of 2 things, Either its a milia and itd pop out and thatd be the end or it was something else that could be popped out but itd return time and time again so by the time I had come back for my follow up appointment (2 months later) It had actually returned where he informed me it would come back time and time again .. He was wrong though, Very Very wrong.. After seeing him It gained a head which I took out and it has not been back since (Its been months) nor has it shown any signs whatsoever of returning, I believe he wanted to juice money out of me.. Maybe he didnt get it all the first time and it grew back? Either way its gone and he was wrong.

PS: IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT TELL YOUR PATIENTS EVERY OUTCOME POSSIBLE, I WAS NEVER TOLD MY SKIN COULD SCAR FROM LASER TREATMENT. I ADVISE ANYONE WHO THINKS THEYVE BEEN WRONGED BY THIS DR FOR A FULL REFUND AND IF YOU DONT GET IT SEEK LEGAL ACTION.
