Really brutal experience. Watched him document in his note “unremarkable medical history”, without even asking about medical history? Probably a red flag lying on his documentation… also I have diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s in my family so would have probably been important to note! Seemed completely disinterested in assessing at all. Really terrible experience, will never go back would rather wait 22 hours in ER.

Absolutely awful. Embarrassed me. Didn't take me seriously. Mansplained and raised his voice as I tried to explain my symptoms. He spoke aggressively and loudly and brought tears to my eyes. Such a traumatizing experience. I will never book with him again. FYI, I am a teenager and he was acting more immature than anyone my age. Horrible.

Walking away apalled and embarassed that Dr. Kitwanda is a care provider in our province. I am a social worker that took one of my clients to see Dr. Kitwanda. I understand it is extremely challenging to find a family physician right now so we had grace when he was running >1 hr behind. Upon meeting, he was rude, uncompassionate and possessed every quality that medical school admissions should be screening OUT. I have not had a care experience like this to date. If you are uncompassionate, rude and spending less than five minutes per patient, why are you in this career?

One of the worst medical experiences I have ever received in my life. Rude, disrespectful of my medical concerns, he had a tone to his voice that made it seem like I was wasting his time. Super short with me, and even said “I don’t know” when I asked what his medical opinion was for my issue. I don’t know if I caught him on a bad day, but this should never be the way to treat a patient on a meet and greet.

Great doctor, he is wanting to help me get off some of my many prescriptions prescribed by my previous doctor. I am very happy with his knowledge and compassion with my concerns.

Need a new dr as mine retires at the end of the year. At the time I made an appointment to see this doctor for the first appointment of his day I was told he was often a bit late. Arrived early for my 0900 appointment after waiting till 0928 I asked the staff if he was in yet. He was not in and had not communicated with them. I asked if this is a regular occurance. The staff said not usually this late in the morning. I asked them to tell the doctor that he was rude, insulting and arrogant. I left at 0930 after waiting half an our as his first appointment. We all deserve better.

Absolulty the most unprofessional, un appologetic, most rude doctor I have unfortunately been to. Does not care about his patients, and furthermore gaslights them. Did absolutely nothing for me

Dr. Kitwanda is FANTASTIC!! I had trouble finding a good doctor, and once I found him online, despite some bad reviews, I wanted to at least meet him first and decide for myself. After meeting him, it was like the bad reviews were talking about another doctor. He was very patient and compassionate to my health conditions. He asked many questions, and very thorough in explanation. I'm very happy to be his patient, and looking forward to seeing him again. I'm bringing my children to see him soon :) Thank you Dr. Kitwanda!
