Very knowledgeable and affectionate takes time to listen and straight to the point

Great first visit . Was seen in a timely manner and soot time was very close to seeing the doctor . Gave a decent initial diagnosis and some positive helpful treatment thus far. Heading back for 2nd follow appt this week .

This dr needs to go. Horrible at his job. Very shady and he doesn’t answer any questions the way a doctor does. He acts more like a zookeeper than a dr. Not going back again.
I would like to tell Kitwanda “take some pride in your work” or find another career.

I have been seeing him for about two years; all the negatives appear to be spot on.
He has zero bedside manner and is extremely cold and remote; he says almost nothing
and no small talk at all. He was treating me for a longstanding lower back pain problem and suddenly refused to treat me for no apparent reason or explanation; simply had one of the staff phone me the day of my appointment to get a refill and the message relayed to me by a staff member was very cold and calculated ...Dr. K no longer wants to see you as a patient...." I was flabbergasted. ...no idea what brought that on. I have never had a Dr. treat me in such a rude and cowardly manner and to do so without any provocation of any kind. His arrogance is beyond belief and he has the God complex in spades. He can't get you out of the room fast enough; you are thanking him for his time meanwhile he's already left the room and you find yourself talking to into an empty room. I think this man does not appear to enjoy his profession ; he always seems to carry a permanent chip on his shoulder. and an apparent bad mood. So much for the Hippocratic Oath;..."first do no harm"; always a very depressing experience all around.

I found him careless, and doesn’t respect patients time, I waited 1 hour more after my appointment time. I will not return back to him

Went in to my appt early because they called to see if I could come I arrived at 445pm, scheduled time was 515pm. The receptionist put me in the room right away , and there I sat till 615. A lady arrived at the same time as me with 2 small children and could hear how stressed out she was and the children crying and upset, one of the children finally left the room then along comes the receptionist and asked what she was doing there. The lady responded waiting for the doctor, the reaction isn’t said well he left over an hour ago?????? The lady then left, she then knocked on my door and said the doctor had left I said yes, I heard!! She said she told the doctor there was 2 patients left, why on earth would a doctor leave 2 patients in the tiny rooms and no one come check on them???? For 1.5 hours????? Terrible just terrible

came here few weeks ago. worst doctor i have ever seen in my life. more concerned with getting you out the door with random pills than treating you. clinic staff are rude, no masks, paint peeling off walls, dirty. amazed this guy even has a license.

I just saw Dr. Kitwanda regarding some bloodwork. I am horrendous in keeping up with my health and I have dealt with horrible doctors in the past, but I was surprised how caring Dr. Kitwanda was. I don't understand the negative reviews I thought he was great! I got the requisition for bloodwork and every single thing is being checked. He was thorough, kind and listened to what I had to say. The front staff was a bit standoffish but you can only imagine what they deal with on a daily basis. The nurse was absolutely amazing, very kind and easy going. Even the pharmacists were really nice, she gave me extra advice and really went through the instructions of the medication. I really like Kitwanda and will continue to see him!

I saw him for my 8 month old as my Dr wasn’t in. I don’t think he cared at all about him…I was getting a referral to a dermatologist for a rash on his face..he didn’t even look at it. Then I told him my son had been having diarrhea for 4 days…he didn’t ask one question about any other symptoms, frequency, etc. just said “nothing to worry about”. I honestly feel like I could have found more help from Google.
