I met Dr Warrick in an unfortunate circumstance as I chose him to be my OB for my first pregnancy. Unfortunately, I had a missed miscarriage and I hadn’t even had a consult prior and Pam got me in the next day to see him.
I walked out feeling relieved that I found someone as special as him!
I had surgery at Spring Hill day hospital the following day and he was there to greet me and reassure me the entire time.
I’m a nurse and I’ve encountered a lot of Doctors but he is one of the best.
If you get him and his team for your pregnancy! You’ll be so happy.

Warrick and his team (Margaret & Pam) are nothing but first class professionals that are transparent, helpful and genuine. I have been to Warrick for both fertility issues and a laparoscopy to remove two endometriomas. Warrick is a professional that is invested in his clients and listens to both their needs and concerns. Warrick has always provided forthright advice and helps you understand what is involved in procedures. I find Warrick not only caring, gentle and professional but experienced and excellent at what he does. If a procedure is above his expertise then he will refer you to the best surgeon to ensure you receive the best outcome possible. I seriously can’t recommend this man enough. He and his team have helped so many women and their families. He is a asset to his profession and should be acknowledged for all joy and happiness he has bought into people’s lives. Had warrick twice now for the births of my boys. Quite anxious about giving birth and he was very accomodating and gave me options. Lovely receptionist staff also

I cannot recommend Dr Smith highly enough. The first time we saw him he had to tell us that we'd lost our baby at 8 weeks. He was so gentle and comforting during the experience that we decided to see him when we fell pregnant again. We've now had both our daughters under Dr Smith's care and we've always felt completely taken care of. He's very knowledgeable; there wasn't a question I asked him that he didn't know the answer to immediately. Dr Smith came recommended by my GP who I trust implicitly but he is also my friend's obstetrician. She's a nurse and when she asked the other nurses at her hospital which obstetrician they'd recommend, they said Dr Smith so I think that speaks volumes. I'll never be able to thank him enough for delivering my girls.

We couldn’t have dreamed of a better obstetrician. Warrick is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. My best friend recommend him and I am so glad she did. He was fantastic during the delivery of our little man - calm and comforting. We will definitely go back to Warrick for our next little bubba. Could not recommend him more!

I have had the pleasure in engaging three of the "A team" OB's for my three children, Dr Doug Keeping, Dr Len Yared and Dr Warrick Smith.
Warrick is an incredibly warm, welcoming and calm OB who is very efficient, knowledgable and thorough. He has clear communication and I always felt confident that my baby and I were in capable hands. It is easy to build an easy and trusting relationship with not only Warrick but his team of champions - Pam and Margaret. All are genuine, helpful and lovely people who treat you with respect at all times. Highly recommend.

Dr Warrick Smith was such a caring, competent and compassionate doctor to me during what turned out to be a traumatic and long labor. I couldn't have been happier to be in his hands, he was so supportive during labour, explaining all of the risks and options when things didn't quite go to plan! All of the midwives I had in the Mater agreed he is one of the best OBs for bedside manner, as he seems to be more approachable and interested than most other specialists I have come across. I couldn't recommend him more highly and will definitely go back for any future babies.

Dr Warrick Smith is a wonderful doctor and I couldn't recommend him enough. He is excellent at what he does, and also has a genuine care for his patients. I felt like he listened to me better than any other doctor I have been to in the past. My first birth was complicated and could have ended up with a terrible outcome, if it were not for him. He not only delivered my boy safely, he managed to somehow keep me calm through it all. I struggle to understand a previous negative review I read, about him lacking empathy and compassion, cause for me I found him to be excellent in that sense. My experience with both pregnancies and deliveries were wonderful, and I look forward to having him deliver my next baby in the future.
