What an amazing soul. I've never met a Dr so attentive and genuinely cared about my concerns. His soft reassuring words made me know everything would be okay.

Visited emergency July 30 and saw Dr. Brockway due to a lump in the throat area. He ordered xray of the neck and started antibiotics because it could be infection. He told me to come back the following day for another round of antibiotics and to come in again on Tuesday for follow up. He listened to what I said and was compassionate and didn't try brushing me off. I still had the lump Tuesday and he ordered another round of antibiotics and ordered a CT scan to have a better look. Upon reviewing the CT scan, he said the antibiotics should have worked but since they haven't, he referred me to a nose, ear and throat specialist. He was very concerned regarding the patients in emergency. He took the time to explain everything. I couldn't have had a better doctor to see me in emergency. Hopefully I don't, but if I ever have to go to emergency again, I hope Dr. Brockway is there.

I’ve been dealing with pelvic pain for several months. After some doctors appointments & a previous trip to the ER. (All the doctors have been wonderful and doing there best)
My last visit was with Dr. Brockway. He listened to all my concerns, gave clear communication on this thoughts, provided testing I had been waiting a couple months for and called me within 2 hours with the results.
His bedside manner & compassion is everything you want in a doctor. I am beyond grateful to have him in our hospital.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Very ignorant brushed everything off , had no compassion or bedside manners.
Noticed he was the same with the lady beside me. Didn’t bother to follow through with anything. Went in for a break told me I was fine (I knew something was wrong) I asked if I was fine how come I can’t move the area and his legit answer I don’t know. Told me to take some Advil and go home.
I never do this ended up going to another hospital where in fact had multiple fractures was casted and awaiting an appointment with a surgeon.
I have zero faith in this dr for brushing off patients. Even the nurses felt bad and were so kind and caring making up for his lack of professionalism

The worst doctor I’ve seen in my life . My son is having lot of sores in his face and he didn’t want to do any checks on him . He said , my son is healthy and gave me a steroid cream . He told me to follow up with my family doctor. Very disappointed, considering that he is making a salary with my money . Can’t rely and trust doctors these days anymore. I also want to call his manager and report that. I felt my son neglected and no interest at all as a doctor towards his patient. Disgusting doctor ! I also ask why he has all this sores , got no conclusion or diagnose. Hopefully I won’t see him again. I wouldn’t give him even a star but I have no option 🤬🤮👎
