He is very polite and I have found him to be very thorough without being greedy unlike a lot of other people in this profession. He also seems genuinely passionate about optometry.

Staff very loud and rude. Very defensive if you ask questions and will hang up the phone if you take too long. Feel rushed when testing for my prescription which has resulted in errors. No humility or compassion in this office unfortunately, just hubris and bad attitude.

The staff and the doctor are very nice pleasant people. The doctor is also quite thorough although the equipment is rather outdated (they still use floppy discs). I would recommend this doctor for someone who is looking for a personable, direct contact. Would not recommend for children - not equipped. They can do deals on exams and eyewear.

Overall, good experience but not modern.
