I had to go the emergency department which is never a good time. This time was different Isaac is a PA in the emergency department at spring valley and the absolute best! I have never been treated so well in an ER. He makes you feel comfortable and safe and I never even got to leave the waiting room! Super cute too! Just sayin

Went to emergency early Thursday morning (1:30am) and Dr. Pokojni waited on me. He was AWESOME and sympathetic because I'm a wimp. I had to have a painful, underarm cyst removed, but he made it as bearable as possible. He was very professional, and he knows his profession. I wish he would get his own practice because I would be one of his patients.

I was in the ER for nearly 8 hours for a fairly simple problem and it took forever....but the one thing that made my trip ok was the fact that dr Isaac was so nice to me and my family, he was reassuring and apologetic for the long time we waited... The staff was pretty good but I found it interesting that he talked to me more than they did... I would recommends him but he does not have his own office... He was a true professional great attitude

I had been to another emergency department for my abdominal pain and they blew me off, when I went to spring valley hospital the staff was nice and quick, Isaac who I thought was my doctor at first was comforting and told me immediately that he thought I might have an appendicitis, he ordered my tests quickly and I was in surgery the same night! Thank you, amazing bedside manner

I had to go to the emergency department with my son and I was so worried about him. Isaac was so reassuring and got my son feeling better and me as well. Great bedside manner!
