She has horrible bedside manner. Was wrong and made me miss a day and a half of a medication I desperately need every day. Implied I was trying to get extra meds, because you can't do simple math? A 20 day supply filled on the 7th would obviously be filled the 27th. It's now the 28th and I'm still waiting for this to be corrected. I feel bad for her actual patients. Double check everything! Completely unprofessional, and very rude. Not only an awful Dr. Just a generally bad person with no compassion or empathy. Dr. Next time you want to scoff at someone coming to you for help.... Maybe you should check the basic math you failed miserably at completing. Wow. I can't believe she has her license still. Does anyone know where I can file an official complaint?

Awesome doctor. My children and grandchildren are also seen by her. She is professional, warm and compassionate.

I will never go back, I was treated with such disrespect, the office staff was TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I cannot say much about Dr Arreola, as I was only able to see her once. Over a 6 month span, I was told by numerous staff members that they did not have any appointments; I was rushed to the hospital and am very fortunate that I was able to have an emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. I have heard such great things about Dr Arreola, unfortunately from the way I've been treated by her staff, the ridiculous wait time and the constant run around, I will never go back and wouldn't suggest anyone to either. Be very careful selecting your physician, the office staff is a reflection upon the doctor!

This young physician is a godsend! She was able to help diagnose a condition that I had been suffering from for years and one that could have had serious permanent results had she not been persistent to find out what was going on. She is brilliant, but also warm and very compassionate. Fresno is lucky to have her!
