Useless. Keeps telling me he doesn't know whats wrong even though the internet does. Staff is brutal. They lie and literally do not communicate with the dr's. Bitchiness and crass. Have to keep calling back to get answers or refills. Careless, incompetent, useless, annoying, no sense of urgency, confused, excuse makers...need I say more?

Please don't make the mistake of allowing this individual to be in charge of any of your medical affairs. He is so bad that the province will no longer allow him to refill his own prescriptions without forcing his patients to hop through hoops.

He is not good, I feel bad for the staff that must constantly get angry calls from all the patients dealing with the fallout of his incompetence. You were warned.

This doctor has googled my symptoms in front of me, has "referred" me to different programs and specialist who never make contact with me; he would rather pump you full of meds than help you.

Honestly one of the worst doctors out there. Doesn't even care about his patients. Seems annoyed your even there. Gives wrong advice constantly with no knowledge of what's being said. Walk in clinic better option.

This is not my doctor, he is my mother's. She was hospitalized and we were to see him for a follow-up and he had no information for us. The next appointment we had was by telephone and he called (after I called to complain he hadn't called yet) 4 HOURS LATE! Then proceeded to tell me he had no information AGAIN! I called the hospital and spoke to records department and they told me he just requested the information 45 minutes prior to our second appointment. Absolutely no sense of urgency, not thorough at all, no follow up and doesn't do his due diligence. Call the Ontario College of Physicians and complain! Rating him on here is only the first step. The fact that he has been so remiss about my mother's health is frightening! He has since been fired as her family doctor!!

I have been seeing Dr Geddes for about five years great doctor and a good person. I have no complaints about his staff either. Have you noticed the people who complained below , they have no guts even to give their names , low class behaviour.

The reception staff at this clinic are going to destroy its reputation in Cambridge. Twice, a family member has been left sitting in the waiting room due to their incompetence. We do like our family doctor but the front-end care is abysmal. No one should be routinely left waiting for over an hour because of employee error. Maybe they should pay a little more attention to what's going on in the waiting room from behind their glass panels.

Worst doctor I have ever met. He googles and uses wikipedia for his diagnosis. Always need a second opinion from the Cambridge memorial emergency. The emergency is faster than an appointment with Jay Geddes. My daughter has had a fever for 3 weeks,, dr Geddes said "it just that time of year" no xray, no blood work, no helpful information whatsoever. I took her the the emerg and she has the pneumonia!! This man is going to end up killing someone with his lack of care or knowledge. This has happened numerous times! He is such an idiot!!
The reception are grump bitches too. Nurses are useless as well!!

He is currently my family Doctor and he is just awful in every way. I always need to make 3 or more appointments to get a simple answer out of him. He has called childrens aid on me because I missed an appointment that was for me, not my children. He doesnt know much about anything..i have to tell him what ive learned from the Internet and what prescription i need. I could be waiting for up to 3 hours to see him. He has been my doctor for over 7 years and Im currently looking for another family doctor. I cant ralk to him about anything he is judgemental and ready and willing to send childrens aid for the dumbest reasons. I seriously hate this guy! I could go on and on!!
