I have seen Dr. Waseem for in-person visits and have had visits over the phone. He is not only very experienced and professional but also kind, patient and understanding. From the very first visit I felt that I had finally found someone who took my concerns seriously and was able to help. He clearly communicates what he plans to do and why. He has been instrumental on my road to recovery from a chronic pain issue. In addition, I want to say that the cheerful and prompt exchanges with Lorrie (the case coordinator) is a breath of fresh air! Her personal attention and reliable follow-up
is very much appreciated. I am so glad that I have been referred to Dr. Waseem and his team (including Dr. Moser).

I have now been seeing Dr.Waseem for over a year. I had a couple of issues that prevented me from being active, including walking. Dr.Waseem took his time to listen to me and has helped me get my life back. I can now walk over 15000 steps in a day and am back to my usual activity level! He is also incredibly gentle when giving injections. Amazing doctor!

Very knowledgeable, calm, and welcoming. Answered all my questions, and spent good time explaining my situation and options in details. I wasv actually able to run the Toronto Marathon shortly after seeing Dr. Waseem :)

I am a mother of 2 small children and have severe back issues requiring surgery, Dr Waseem and his team have been able to find what radiologists were not and escalate my case to my neurosurgeon to pick for surgery number 2. They really have saved my life when I felt I had nothing left. Thank you!
