Very busy office. When checking in, patient ahead of me became loud, bullying and abusive toward front office staff. Staff were polite and non confrontational and eventually patient became compliant. Handled professionally and stopped an ugly situation from getting completely out of hand.
Seeing Dr. Washer for the first time, I found him to be 100% attentive, allowing me to explain my condition fully while asking intuitive questions. The Dr performed some tests in the office and as the cause was not apparent, outlined the tests he would requisition to determine root of the problem and possible treatments.

I left the office with the knowledge that I would be hearing from them regarding appt for tests, along with a requisition for custom braces and they would follow up with me to book an appt once tests were complete.

I have had in-person and telephone visits with Dr. Waseem. He always makes time to listen and to advise. I value his professionalism but I also appreciate that he clearly cares about my problems and tries to address them as best as possible. I have the highest regard for Dr. Waseem and Dr. Moser, who works with him. The staff in the office is amazing too! I feel I couldn't be in better hands with my chronic pain issues.
