almost impossible to reach the Doctor by any kind of contacts. Very little chance they answer a phone call, or a text message if you need them badly.

Did not address any of the concerns. No advice nor medicines given. Did tests and lab said nothing was sent in from him. Test was cancelled. Essentially, waited for 5 hours for no medical help whatsoever. Complete waste of time and useless doctor.

Almost never answer the phone. Dr.Venter is always in rush. He would leave in rush even if you didn’t finish yet.
Very short in staff.

Best family doctor in Calgary. He’s extremely professional, and non-judgemental, while still being kind. Extremely competent. I’ve seen a lot of terrible doctors, and this one is a gem. Literally 6 of my friends all go to him because he’s so good.
