Dr is great takes her time however office is a mess and receptionist just sits there not helpful at all. Will not try to help what so ever. Always know phone talking in her language .

The doc herself is very nice and knowledgable. However her office is run terribly. We have made appointments with this doctor 4 times and every time their office is running super late (+3 hours sometimes). She schedules her patients too tightly and needs to get better about respecting patent appointment times. As well, during these delays her staff is not empathetic at all and bordering on downright rude. They need to be a lot more courteous when it is their disorganization that is making someone wait longer than they should.

This over booked office is terrible. Elderly patients lined up all the way down the hall and the hours are not convenient. When the doc is in the wait time is a min. 3 hours. I feel sad for these people that are packed like sardines and just a number. I'm sure the doctor is good but shame on the administration of the office to run an office in this manner. My poor 83 yr old mom has been in pain for over a month from the time assessed to x-rays to results and still hasn't been able to see the doc. because of the poor way this office is run. I'm trying to move them to my doctor who will give them the dignity they deserve.
