It is completely unacceptable to have a 16-year-old high school student performing eye testing. It was obvious they were not even passably trained as the results of the eye tests were not even remotely accurate. The on to the optometrist evaluating prescription strength ... again inaccurate! Even after multiple return visits, the prescription in the glasses was still not correct. Finally went for a second opinion and had the significant error in prescription confirmed. This optometrist has seen the last of us and will not receive any referrals or positive references.

Dr. Lukito is an exceptional person, incredibly knowledgeable professional.
he is also very compassionate and unlike many others...never rushes through an appointment. I felt a loss when he vacated the Stone Road location...as I had to resort to others which were discouraging and robotic. He is very thorough in all his examinations, hence at times one needs to wait a few minutes. Worth the wait for accurate results & advice.

Dr. Lukito was able to see the problems I was having because of my vestibular damage. He identified my midline shift, prescribed glasses to help and referred me to the Shift concussion clinic to correct the problem. It was such a relief after years of seeing dotors and neurologists who weren't able to "see" the problems I was having. He does so much more than just correct blurry vision.

Great doctor. Terrible front staff. They did not gave to facts and try to hide their mistakes. they took three weeks and five phone calls to refer to specialist. Every time you call they will say they have faxed the records but actually did not do so. Terrible customer service.

Phenomenal doctor who goes above and beyond in providing patient care, and service! He took the time that other doctors didn't to investigate my blurred vision and chalazion. He's responsive and conscientious, and I would definitely recommend him! His receptionist is also courteous and pleasant to deal with.

I got floater in May and went to see Dr Lukito in Oakville. Dr lukito was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and referred me to specialist on time. Also the receptionist was very warmhearted and patient 👍👍

Dr Lukito was exceptional in identifying that my son had vision limitation do to slow processing. I believe another doctor may not have been as keen to see this. Would very much recommend him! Amazing staff as well!

So thankful he and his staff have returned to Guelph. The lens crafters doctor in the old Stone Road Mall location is horrible! Tell right out lies to me. Dr. Lukito is now at 480 Woodlawn Rd E. 519-826-5323. Best doctor around and very honest and sincere. His new office even much better than before!
