From the start I was impressed with how quickly they reached out to us after I sent in my initial request for an MRI review. Ms. Lauren, Business Development Manager, was very kind, caring and a wealth of information. She answered any and all questions and I could tell she really believes in helping those in pain and is always there. We live two hours away and they were very accommodating. Dr. Duek is amazing. He reviewed the MRI and gave us our options. He is not a cut happy doctor. He believes is fixing the issue & removing the pain. He even ok'd for my husband to get his initial trigger point shots at that first meeting at his request. He was suffering for weeks. We are going back to begin the suggested course of treatment with his pain Management team and then we will go from there. I highly recommend Dr. Duek and his team for anyone having back pain. I believe they can and will do their very best to get you out of pain and will improve the quality of your life. They already managed to help my husband just in one visit.

I was suffering a pinched nerve in my neck and was glad that I was able to be seen within a few days of calling for an appointment. Dr. Deuk was amazing and I was so happy to have found him, along with his staff and other doctors in the practice. After he reviewed my MRI and ordered a nerve conduction study, he referred me to Dr. Patel. Thanks to Dr. Patel for the epidural in my neck, I have been pain free for almost 1 year now. The best part, is I have been able to get back to my normal routine within 2 months of the epidural! It's the little things you take for granted, but when I was suffering the neck pain, I was losing strength in my arm/hand and couldn't open jars or even a bag of cereal. I will not go anywhere else for neck issues in the future! Thank you Dr. Duek and Dr. Patel!!

very compassionate and knowledgeable physicians and staff...surgi-center for injections very clean, comfortable, and staff excellent..was able to receive local sedation for lumbar injections so absolutely no pain..injections successful..I highly recomment this facility

Went in suffering and in pain, a pain I had been suffering from for several years, after the initial assessment and visits, had the final injections and procedure and left without pain.
My overall experience was pleasant, everyone was punctual, the facility was very clean, up to date and the staff was helpful at each visit. Never once waited very long.

I was blown away by Dr Deuk! Having just moved to FL and establishing a new Neurosurgeon is scary. This wasn’t my first Neuro but he will be my last! I traveled 4 hours and would travel across the US for Dr Deuk and his crew. He was thorough, compassionate, explained every aspect. He and his staff went above and beyond and I am completely confident in his treatment plan. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you!
