8 years ago Dr. Deuk performed fusion of the entire Lumbar according to the findings in my MRI. Healing was effective but freedom from pain was not. Since then I have had to return 3-4 times each year for Epidurals, Trigger Point shots, 4 RFA's, one PRP, and six 2-month PT programs. Part of the lumbar pain is gone, but a significant amount remains and continual visits result in just more pain mediation efforts. Scheduled for two more RFA's this month (Nov 18). I feel that the treatment of the symptoms is very good considering, but there is no effort to resolve the root of my pain problems. I guess that at age 79 I am less of a concern, especially with 100% government insurance. Also, in these 8 years I never get to actually see Dr. Deuk, only his associates.

I went with severe spinal stenosis of L4L5, L5S1 discs. Dr. Deuk and his team were superb in answering my questions and I had a great experience. After the procedure, I was immediately able to stand on my feet and walk without pain. The procedure lasted hardly an hour and a half and I could go home immediately. I saw the video of my surgery later, and as a scientist, I could appreciate what was involved in the surgery. The dedication and caring for the patients was very obvious from the beginning. Dr. Deuk's experience, expertise, and skills show in the surgery. In addition, he is a teacher-he answered the questions that were posed to him by others with ease, competence, and authority.
Knowledge A+++. He is not only a physician/surgeon but also is extremely familiar with the science behind.

The only complaint that I would have is having to wait to be seen by the doctors is extremely long. Three times I had appointment for me I was made to wait for one hour before being seen by the doctors. Unfortunately I have trouble sitting or standing up for any length of time, this the only thing that I would be able to complain about. Otherwise they are some of most compassionate staff and doctors who truly want to help you feel better

I have had back and neck surgery proformed by Dr. Deuk... I would never go to anyone else. Pain free for over 10 years

Dr. Deuk and his staff do everything right. They are actually on time which is rare in a medical office, all staff are knowledgeable and caring, and they go through the process as it should be done-least invasive first But yet knowing the next steps if more care is needed.

I have read a few of the negative reviews on here, and it just doesn’t fit my experience of almost three years in this office. It makes me wonder if the patients were either not as severe as they think they were or if they were expecting results too quickly. It wouldn’t be good for ANY neuro-surgeon to meet you and treat you for the first time with surgery without trying less invasive care first.

I was not happy at all ..i drove 3 hours to have 5 minutes with the Dr to be told there's nothing he can do for me when he had a Lot of my records..the staff knew I suffered severe pain all the tome especially traveling and still made me come in for a consult ....to get no answers
