I had a phone appointment with this doctor, he was two hours late and called me twice at the same time, I missed his call because he was supposed to contact two hours earlier. Then he left a very rude voice message in my voice mail box and said:" I called you twice, you didn't pick up, I'll never call you again!" He still charged 50 dollars from me, a robber and scam!!!!

Horrible doctor. Not only did he not listen to what I was saying, he started arguing with me through the phone when I was trying to explain what I need. Nothing was resolved. I felt worse than before the appointment. Absolutely the worst, most arrogant, uninformed doctor I have ever seen. He should not be trusted with any patients.

The female staff member up front is rude, slow and terrible. Dr Karl Chan himself does not spend enough time to do a proper diagnosis, he told me I had the flu despite me only having half of the symptoms - and the symptoms I did have being mild. Every single time I see him I regret going, his only purpose in society is to hand out doctor's notes. That's it.

When my baby had a mysterious lump, dr. Chan got me an urgent referral and within 2 weeks the malignant tumor was removed at bc children's. this is the only major health concern i have brought to him and it was nicely resolved. I often go to him for my kids colds and fevers, and their immunizations as well. He does a good job and his personality is pleasant and witty.

Dr. Karl Chan was very impatient and rude. On more than one occasion, he became very upset when I asked him questions. I suspect he may have a mood disorder, as his responses were often inappropriate. He then dared to wonder why I didn't bring our whole family to see him for all our medical needs. I don't see him any more and DON'T recommend him at all!

I told Dr Chan I felt I had pneumonia when i first saw him. After 2 types of antibiotics, and several months later, I was prescribed the antibiotic for pneumonia.

My aunt find out somehow her urine with blood,request to do urine test, but he never sign a requisition form for her do the test . Finally she got to see another family doctor,and do couple testing, findout she has cancer. how can this self arrogant,stupidest ,non pro old man can become a dr?
