Dr Gafoor is compassionate and caring, she takes the time to listen and order any necessary tests/referrals as well as follow up on the results.

Always overbooked and you need to make an individual appointment with her for every problem you have. Medication is always the solution.

Punctuality is an issue, I have usually had to wait at least 30-45 minutes for each appointment. Dr. Gafoor is not always attentive, which leaves the feeling that all the waiting was not worth it.

Dr. Gafoor is quite a piece of work. She lives in her own realty which takes away for her quality of care for he patients

I went in to discuss a referral to a Geriatrician for my 83 year old mother and she did nothing but undermine my concerns and make excuses about how it is very hard to see a specialist.

Previously my mother went in by herself and asked for a referral and she simply shrugged it off saying she was fine and did not need to be referred.

My wife is a nurse and has noticed multiple changes in my mom over the past year from drastic mood swings, loss in f appetite and slips in memory. All we are trying to do is get her the best care possible.

Dr. G would not give us the referral and simply suggested testing by an outside practitioner at her clinic.

This is the most unprofessional and egotistical doctor I’ve ever encountered. Was told that her day was ruined because of a patient issue. She should be reported to AHS and unlicensed….

Dr.Gafoor has been incredibly helpful and supportive as I navigate the unknown, as a nurse she also includes me in decisions on my care. She has been prompt with referrals and updating me on results, at times better than the specialists. Very comprehensive assessments and I can get in quickly when needed.

The 2 new girl front staff are very rude. They don’t even take their jobs seriously. When on the phone they don’t even introduce the Office as Dr GAFOORs office. They just say “Hello” in a rude tone. As for Dr GAFOOR herself each appointment is a hit or miss. After being a patient I’ve come to realize that she has no correct knowledge of most illnesses and rushes through annual full body checkups without taking the time to check thoroughly . I asked her for antibiotics for a sore throat and she made jokes about me not needing them and said that I probably have Covid and should just go home despite my being forward with all non-Covid symptoms. Even after waiting a long time to see her, she rushed me out of the door saying she will run tests and let me know. Without any information about what I should do for my concerns of lack of sleep or not being able to speak because my throat is stuffy.

The staff is rude and Dr. Gafoor is very terrible. First thing is, the clinic is never on time, even when you are the first appointment of the day. I didn't see any difference between appointment and walk-in.
Second, She never refers you to any specialist (Even if you asked multiple times) and requests to visit her multiple time!!! She seemed a very very nice person the first time met and then after multiple appointments I realized, she had no concern about your health and was very impolite. It is disheartening that Doctors like this exist!!!

Dr Gafoor is my family doctor. She's always very attentive to my needs, and concerns. Shes followed through with making sure I've seen specialist for an ongoing health issue. I highly recommend her.
